Glenmor has fifty three stone and slate-roofed houses which have been carefully and thoughtfully built within a stone's throw of the hotel.
Most people seem to be buying seven night tenures but longer periods are possible and they're being offered as Seasonal Ownerships. The prices vary according to the season. For example a Hogmanay week, which has proved to be the most popular, in a four bedroom dwelling is £60,350. That's for the same week every year until 2058.
However, spring and autumn is very much up for grabs and a typical price for a four bedroom house drops to £23,975 during February and March. In November it's £18,450. Pre Christmas and post New Year comes down to £13,950. And just to further whet your appetite a two bedroom house comes down to £9,400.
But if ownership for the next half century isn't your cup of tea, there are pure rental opportunities, ranging from £8,325 a week at Hogmanay to just over £3,400 for a two bedroom house in April. So, there are all sorts of ways to take a little piece of Glenmor and remember you get plenty of special benefits. For example, each house offers complimentary use by one resident of any of the Gleneagles Championship courses. Everyone has free use of The Club at Gleneagles, which includes two swimming pools, tennis, gym, sauna and Jacuzzi. A twice weekly visit from housekeeping is included and each home has two bicycles to get you round. Oh, and you also have dedicated parking spaces.
We've got all the information you need and personal experience of staying in these little gems at Gleneagles so get in touch and we'll give you our thoughts and advice.
